Plumbmaster are a leading specialist within the plumbing & heating division of the Haldane Group. We offer a dedicated service to the plumbing & heating industry, with specialised trade counters and staff who aim to provide unrivalled levels of customer service. We wish to recruit a motivated Area Sales Manager to lead our sales teams in our branches on the Isle of Man. Key responsibilities for the role of Plumbmaster & Bathline Area Sales Manager include:

• Continually improve branch sales and margin KPI’s
• Set KPI’s and objectives for Plumbmaster & Bathline teams on the Island
• Work closely with Area & Divisional Directors to deliver improved profitability in IoM
• Mentor and develop the team
• Help to negotiate terms with supply chain for purchasing for the departments
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Motivate the team to exceed targets
• Management of stock in line with sales
