HR Advisor

Job description

Key duties include:  

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Supporting the on boarding process for new employees
  • Advising on disciplinary, grievances and absence
  • Supporting the performance management process
  • Using and maintaining our HRIS including reporting and analysing data
  • Delivering the group L&D and Apprenticeship programme

We are looking for an individual who is:

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and commercially aware
  • Experienced in dealing with a full range of employee issues
  • Attentive to detail with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • CIPD qualified

This role will be working across our Haldane Fisher, GE Robinson and Prowood divisions in the North West of England and branches based in the Isle of Man. Reporting to the Group HR Director in N.Ireland and working with the central HR team you will be responsible for the delivery of the HR function in this stand alone role. You will be based from our Salford (G E Robinson) branch and will have the flexibility to travel across other branches in England and the Isle of Man.
