Due to continued growth and future plans we wish to recruit a results focused Internal Sales Manager, based in our Coleraine Branch. The successful applicant will maximise sales while building good relationships with customers and continually striving to exceed their expectations. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make an impact and grow the business.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage a broad base of key Customer accounts in conjunction with the external Sales Team to ensure excellent Customer service and growth in Sales
- Help drive process improvements through the organisation from a Customer service perspective taking all available opportunities to improve the Customer experience
- Fully understand Customers requirements both in retail and trade and how that can be married into our business model for superior Customer service and sales growth in a business focused manner
- Using CRM and other digital tools

- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
- IT savvy and a proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes
- Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
