We wish to recruit an Internal Sales Representative based at our Morecambe Branch. This role is for someone looking to learn and develop new skills that will equip them for a career within one of the UK and Ireland’s leading Independent merchants.

Key responsibilities will include:

*       Achieving sales, margin and quotation targets

*       Pro-active management and ownership of branch accounts

*       Supporting the external sales team to increase conversion rates

*       Exceeding customer expectation and building lasting partnerships

*       Using CRM and other digital tools

*       Identifying and assisting customers with product selection in Showroom

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

The successful applicant must have an aptitude for selling, be highly motivated, able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with good general IT knowledge. You should be able to work well within a busy team to develop and achieve sales.
