We offer a dedicated service to the plumbing & heating industry, with specialized trade counters and staff who aim to provide unrivalled levels of customer service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager within the team at Newry. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and have a willingness to learn and develop new skills that will equip them for a successful career within Plumbmaster.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage department operations to include stock management and training of staff
• Promoting high levels of customer service whilst serving customers politely and professionally
• Coordinating and helping with deliveries, customer collections and daily duties
• Loading and off-loading customer and company vehicles
• Managing health and safety on a daily basis whilst ensuring a high standard of housekeeping
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
