Position:

Based at our site in Newry, a full time, permanent opportunity has arisen in our Roof Truss Department for an ambitious Roof Truss Manager. The primary focus is to develop the department into a class leading supplier for quality roof trusses, joists and related products through excellence in customer service and efficiencies and be a key player in the investment strategy we have for this area of the business.  The role will also involve some travelling will include the benefit of a Company car.

Scope:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Roof Truss Manager will:

• Lead and drive the sales growth of the department developing a rapport with customers
• Ensure robust systems, processes and procedures to ensure our customers service and quality expectations are efficiently met
• Work in a collaborative manner with other departments to ensure the best outcome for our Customers and the business
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all health and safety requirements and procedures are adhered.

What do you need to be successful?

• Experience of designing roof trusses and/or joists
• Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
