Due to continued growth and future plans we wish to recruit a results focused Technical Sales Manager to develop our accounts with our Hörmann range of Garage Doors, external entrance doors and internal door sets. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make an impact and grow the business.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop new customer relationships whilst continuously growing existing ones
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Compile and analyse sales data through the CRM system
- Collect customer feedback and market research
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent knowledge or experience of building and timber products
- Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service
- Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
