• Lead and manage the team within the branch
• Identifying and deliver on sales opportunities and margin KPI’s
• Providing excellent customer service
• An excellent communicator with effective people skills
• Building relationships with customers and suppliers

You should be ambitious with a strong sale background with experience of leading and delivering on sales and KPI’s. Other essential skills include:

• Mentor and develop the team to succeed
• Target driven with a genuine passion for delivering for the customer
• Manage stock in line with sales
• Ability to analyse data to support KPI’s
