We are looking to recruit a Branch Manager to lead our Makerfield Branch.

Do you:

• Have experience of growing and developing sales
• Have strong customer service focus
• Have the ability to lead and manage a team
• Have excellent communication and people skills

Key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving sales and margin targets
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Motivating staff to exceed targets
• Management of stock in line with sales

The successful applicant will have passion and enthusiasm to drive the branch forward.  Previous experience of working in different areas of Merchanting is essential.   Comprehensive training provided
